What defines us

Our values

Value 01

Family-run

We're not a chain, and we're not a franchise — we're a family. That means decisions made in person, short lines of communication and a genuine commitment to every single guest. No corporate rulebooks standing in the way of heartfelt hospitality.

Value 02

Sustainable

We source our food from regional suppliers and focus on energy efficiency throughout the hotel. Sustainability isn't a marketing buzzword for us — it's part of our responsibility to the region we call home and to the guests we welcome.

Value 03

Hospitable

From arrival to departure, we're here for you. Whether it's a restaurant recommendation, an insider tip for Europa-Park or an extra blanket for the night — we're happy to help. Hospitality is our passion, not just our job.

Our team

People who truly
live hospitality

Behind Hotel Andante are people who bring genuine passion to what they do. From reception and kitchen to housekeeping — every team member plays a part in making our guests feel completely at home.

Many of our team have been with us for years — and you'll feel it. Familiar faces, personal connections and an instinctive sense of what our guests need. We're looking forward to meeting you.

Our team can't wait to welcome you. We're more than hosts — we're your personal guide to Rust, Europa-Park and the Ortenau region.
