You can either walk to the Europapark (approx. 15 minutes to the entrance) or drive there (max. 5 minutes). Whatever you want. The town of Rust is inextricably linked with the Europapark and is still integrated into nature. In the west of Rust you will find the Taubergießen nature reserve with an astonishingly diverse flora and fauna. Depending on the season, you can see orchids, cormorants, kingfishers or great egrets there. The Elz flows through Rust, to the west the Rhine represents the border with France. From Rust you can see the Vosges and the Black Forest in good weather. Despite this idyll, both Freiburg and Offenburg can be reached very quickly via the A5 motorway. It hardly takes more than 25 minutes to get to Freiburg.

The Rulantica water park, which was opened at the end of 2019 and is within walking distance of the hotel, is already over 40,000 sqm in its first expansion stage. The water world is divided into nine subject areas. The largest wave pool in Germany and 17 water slides are waiting for the visitors. You can drive there in five minutes from our hotel. Entry to the Rulantica water world is only possible after prior online reservation.

Europapark tickets

For the Europapark you have to buy a ticket online for the day you want before entering. This procedure was introduced in May 2020. Since then, tickets can no longer be bought on site by spontaneous visitors. In order to avoid that the park is fully booked on the desired day, you should book the tickets in good time. The Europapark in Rust is a very popular destination, which attracts many visitors because of the abundance of attractions.
